By removing the need for external kitchens or temporary facilities, event organisers benefit from smoother logistics, reduced environmental impact, and greater flexibility in menu design and service delivery.

The fully electric kitchen underscores Millennium Point’s commitment to sustainability. It eliminates the use of natural gas across the site and is future-proofed for integration with renewable energy sources, including photovoltaic systems and carbon-neutral shippers. This shift not only improves the venue’s green credentials but also reduces operational emissions for every event hosted on-site.
