Granary Fawsley offers an exceptional venue for both corporate events and weddings within the picturesque Northamptonshire countryside. For corporate events, it provides flexible spaces and modern facilities, including various meeting rooms, catering, and overnight accommodation, making it an ideal countryside retreat for productive business meetings, seminars, and conferences for up to 200 delegates.
Location
The Granary at Fawsley is situated in a tranquil, secluded valley within the expansive 2,600-acre historic Fawsley Estate in rural Northamptonshire. Despite its peaceful countryside setting, it boasts excellent accessibility, being just 10 minutes from the M1 and 20 minutes from the M40 motorways.
Rooms
“The Barn” is a fully equipped party/exhibition and function space for up to 160 dining and 220 drinks receptions. It has a 7-meter bar and is fully accessible. It is also licenced for marriage.
“The Grain Store” is a theatre-style space for up to 80 people, 40 dining, and an accessible space via a stair lift for private dining. It is ideal for board/training events and is also licensed for marriage.
“The Lawn” is ideal for outside events for up to 200. It is brilliant for drinks receptions and is also licensed for marriage.
“The Bedrooms” are a wonderful addition to all of the above. They have 10 well-equipped en-suite bedrooms that can sleep a maximum of 23 people. They are great for board/training / corporate retreats for up to 10 people (with individual rooms).
Price
Day delegate rates from £30 per person, 24 hour rate from £155 per person, room hire from £25 per hour.
Functions and events 7 hours from £995 including DJ, set up, breakdown and table linen.

Sustainability
We are actively monitor and record energy usage to identify areas for reduction.
There’s a rolling program to replace all bulbs with LED lights.
We switched to 100% green generated energy for their electricity usage in 2019.
We’ve reduced our underlying energy consumption by 20% since 2015 and continuously seek ways to further reduce consumption through improved technology and control systems.
We are actively looking into replacing their LPG Gas heating with a more sustainable option.
