Ram Mill Business Centre in Oldham offers two distinct venue experiences under one roof. Our professional meeting and conference rooms are fully equipped for team away days, client presentations, training sessions and networking events — with high-speed WiFi, AV options and free parking. For celebrations, our Heritage 1907 event space blends industrial charm with elegance, ideal for weddings, parties and cultural events with up to 200 guest.
Rooms
We offer a versatile range of event spaces to suit everything from small meetings to large-scale functions. Our ground-floor meeting and conference rooms are fully equipped with high-speed WiFi, AV screens, flipcharts, and climate control — ideal for team sessions, workshops, and training days. Capacities range from 24 to over 70 guests. For large private events, our Heritage 1907 event hall comfortably hosts 200+ guests and features industrial-style interiors, open-plan flexibility, and access to décor and catering packages. Free onsite parking, step-free access, and a helpful reception team ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Meeting Room 3 (30 people): £300 full day / £200 half day
Conference Room 1 (70+ people): £700 full day / £450 half day
Event Hall (200+ guests): £2,000 full day

All our event spaces are fully accessible for disabled users.
Every room is located on the ground floor with step-free access, wide doorways, and flat entry points. We offer several disabled parking bays close to the entrance, and the site is fully DDA compliant. Accessible toilets and shower facilities are also available, and our on-site team is always on hand to assist if required.
