The Observer Building in Hastings offers a unique and historic venue for hire, blending industrial charm with modern amenities. Managed by Hastings Common, a member-led, non-profit Community Land Trust that owns and develops land for the benefit of the community. All profits from venue hire, is invested in creating positive ways for people to live and work. Whether you're hosting a small gathering or a large-scale event, the Observer Building offers a character-filled setting that is sure to impress.
