A collection of beautifully restored Cotswold stone barns sat alongside a 15th century farmhouse set at the heart of Manor Farm, the working farm of the Deeley family for over 500 years. The 1300 acre estate features a thatched 1370 main barn, The Cowshed with pizza oven, a dedicated hair and make-up barn, a newly renovated Farmhouse that sleeps fourteen with a beautiful Shepherd’s Hut on its lawn for a further two guests plus a tennis court and hot tub. Full in-house catering service.
Location
Situated in the small Oxfordshire village of Launton, with excellent transport links to London from either Bicester or Bicester North stations, both under ten minutes drive away.
Rooms
All seven double bedrooms are situated in a newly renovated and interior designed on-site Farmhouse. Until last year, this had been the family home of the Deeleys for 500 years. It also has a beautiful Shepherd’s Hut on it’s lawn that can accommodate two more guests.

Barn from £2,000 +vat
The Farmhouse from £500 (no bedrooms) and from £1600 including overnight accommodation for 16 people.
Sustainability
Extensive re-cycling, we re-use our branded water bottles, recycle corks, waste paper and compost our food waste. We up-cycle redundant products on the farm to utilise in the venue. We transitioned old farm buildings into lively event spaces. Tythe is aware of our responsibility towards the environment and we have reduced our carbon footprint/ recycle many materials and are dedicated to a more sustainable way of working. We combine being greener, more socially responsible and environmentally friendly with the running of a successful business.
