The Terrace is a unique meeting, conference and event space situated on the 5th floor of 3 Wellington Place. The Terrace offers a variety of well-appointed and versatile meeting spaces with Hybrid meeting capability. Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and direct access to the impressive roof terrace which boasts views over Tower Square, our space encourages collaboration and innovation.
The Terrace is located on the Wellington Place estate in central Leeds, Just a 5-minute walk from Leeds City Station, and set adjacent to the A58(M), providing excellent links to the motorway network, including the M621, M62 and M1.
Vista – Ideal for meetings and presentations of up to ten people. With floor to ceiling windows along the width of the room, the space is filled with natural light. The room is equipped with a whiteboard, widescreen TV with HDMI and LAN connectivity from the table.

Aspect – Spacious meeting room ideal for training, conferences, and larger meetings. The room is equipped with a 75″ HD display screen, HDMI and LAN connectivity, Airtame for wireless screen sharing and a Logitech Camera. Floor-to-ceiling windows covering two walls, with access to the tea point directly opposite the room.
