The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is the dedicated professional body for pharmacists in England, Scotland and Wales. The impressive purpose built facilities combine breathtaking views with a convenient location and state of the art technology. Located in the City, 10 minutes walk from Tower Hill, or Aldgate stations.
Rooms
Choose from air-conditioned Events Space or the RPS Suite. Both spaces have excellent presentation facilities, capable of providing for all your audio visual needs.
Meetings and events on the ground floor have the unique backdrop of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society Museum and Library. The history of pharmacy and the future of medicines feature in cabinet displays in many of the public areas, selected from a collection of more than 48,000 pharmaceutical artefacts, with some dating back over 700 years. Breakout areas provide a memorable experience for guests and delegates, with lounge and foyer space for catering.
Sustainability
The Society is passionate about the environment and recognises that good environmental management must be an integral and fundamental part of its activities. It encourages sustainability through recycling, reduction of water usage, energy efficiency, waste materials reduction and minimisation of carbon emissions.
Accessibility
There are 4 accessible levels of the building. They can be accessed using the lift situated on the ground floor by reception. All lifts have tactile buttons and an audible announcement of the level reached.
