The IAS Academy Training Facility is an incredibly flexible venue with so much to offer to a range of events, meetings and conferences of different natures and requirements. The facility is extremely well equipped and is predominantly used for training courses, lectures and meetings.
Location
The facility is located in Byfleet, a 5 minute walk from the nearest train station, which is Byfleet and New Haw station. Accessible from London via train or car and internationally from Heathrow or Gatwick the location is ideal. Local accommodation is available at the prestigious Brooklands Hotel, there are also other useful amenities close by.
Rooms
The ‘Maini’ Theatre is our training room, that can be adapted to both classroom and theatre styles, complete with individual desks and comfortable seating, as well as a 4K state of the art projector and wall mounted TVs.
Outside the ‘Maini’ Theatre we have the ‘coffee lounge’ with seating for breaks and intermittences. We also have a ‘coffee bar’ area where hot beverages and lunch are usually served, with plates and cutlery, and a fridge.

Sustainability
We strive to be ‘green’ wherever we can. We ensure as much as possible is re-used and recycled – we try to avoid single use plastic/items, including our cutlery, cups, mugs, plates and glasses. The catering company we’re partnered with, use local produce. We have made a conscientious effort to reduce our paper use and go as ‘paper free’, sending out documents wherever we can. We now have low energy bulbs fitted throughout the majority of the building. IAS is particularly forward thinking and always keen to improve our impact on the planet.

The IAS Training Facility is on the first floor, with prior notice, we can easily make reasonable adjustments to allow access.
