The Conference Room is a multi-purpose room for meetings and conferences. Facilities include -Overhead Projector & Screen •Flip Chart, Pads & Pens ,•Water Urn/Kettle •T.V. , Video & DVD player, •Display Screens (on request), •Induction Loop (on request).

•Access to use of Photocopier – Black & White – 7p per copy, Colour 15p per copy (during office hours only Mon-Fri, 9-5pm).

•Hire of A/V Equipment – cost of hire for a full day £60 or half day £35.

•Hire of P.A. Amplifier cost of hire for full a day £20.00 or half day £10.00.

•Catering can be arranged in your meeting room from our fresh food cafe or you can choose to take a break in the cafe itself.

Price

Prices range from £19 per hour, £21 at weekends.
