From award dinners and live conferences to product launches and exhibitions – East Wintergarden is a uniquely flexible space, known for its stunning architecture and expansive interiors, which lends itself perfectly to all kinds of events. Located in Canary Wharf, the East Wintergarden is housed within a striking, 27-metre-high, glass dome. Its grand glass façade, panoramic views and proximity to the iconic towers of Canary Wharf combine to give you the wow factor.

We have onsite parking available and located near the Jubilee Line and DLR Station.
Comprising three spaces, the Main Hall, Gallery and Promenade Room, all spaces are flooded with natural daylight, each can be tailored to your specific requirements and come complete with contemporary furniture, a range of catering options and a wide range of technical production.
With a 1,000 person standing capacity, and up to 600 guests seated, the Main Hall is our largest space and is ideal for events with large guest numbers.
The Gallery is suspended at mezzanine level above the Main Hall and is a brilliantly bright and spacious area. It is designed to be used in conjunction with the Main Hall for larger events, or as a stand-alone space for drinks receptions, press conferences and intimate gatherings.
Our Promenade Room is an events space adjacent to the Main Hall. With views of Canary Wharf’s dockside, it is an ideal room for small-scale workshop sessions, boardroom meetings and presentations. When used alongside the Main Hall, it is perfect as a break out space, dressing room for performers, or event organiser’s office.
We are pleased to confirm that our venue is fully DDA compliant. This includes all working areas of the venue including the Gallery, toilets and the ‘house’ stage. Items such as induction loops can be hired on request.
