Great for large meetings, the Buckingham Suite offering capacities of up to 260 Theatre Style, can be split into three rooms namely Windsor, Eton and Ascot depending on your requirements. In addition, the Frogmore Suite offering capacities of up to 130 Theatre Style, can be split into two rooms namely Marlow and Henley whilst the Oxford, Sonning and Sandhurst Suites are great for smaller meetings. We can cater to your layout requirements and specific needs to help your event be a success.

The hotel offers nine DDA compliant accessible rooms featuring all the same facilities and amenities as our standard guest room but with extra features and amenities to assist our guests who require additional mobility assistance, as well as all the comfort and style of our regular rooms.
Additional features include wider doorways to the bedroom, walk-in showers, lowered basin, hanging rails and supportive handrails, low hooks and mirrors and emergency pull cords for an added sense of safety. We also have a range of additional equipment available on request such as hearing loops and vibrating pillows for the hearing impaired.
