The York House Hotel was founded in 1896 and is a beautiful Edwardian hotel, situated on the seafront in Eastbourne. Two conference rooms boast lovely sea views, and we many options to meet your clinets expectations.
Location
An elegant 3 mile promenade facing the hotel, backing onto tree-lined avenues with restaurants and bars.
The town centre is just a 15 minute stroll and boasts a selection of high street stores.
The famous Eastbourne Pier offers family entertainment and quirky souvenir shops.
Rooms
Our main function room is called The Williamson room, situated in our basement area and capacity upto 80 people.
Our two smaller conference rooms The Osbourne room and York room, have sea facing views and
a capacity upto 30 people in each room.
