Birmingham event venue, thestudio, has launched its new 10 point Safe, Seamless and Successful guide to event planning with a comprehensive plan to deliver events safely and creatively for the venues re-opening.

Its safety guide covers all aspects of the guest journey from arrival at the venue, through to their in-room experience. This includes providing each guest with an individual sanitised desk space and the delivery of fresh food as a ‘grab and go’ offer. This will allow guests to eat safely at their desk or in the venue’s outdoor space which will be available for open air meetings.

thestudio will follow flexible solutions for larger events, including the option of ‘hybrid’ events using video conferencing technology to allow guests to meet virtually.
