Gildings Barns offers a beautiful and rustic setting for Corporate Events, Meetings & Team Building Days. It is an ideal filming or photoshoot location and can be used for private events such as Anniversaries, Product Launches, Workshops & Exhibitions.
Location
The Barns are set in tranquil Surrey countryside on the border of West Sussex.
Rooms
Although we don’t have rooms on-site to stay, we do have deals in place with hotels that are in close proximity.
Price
We are negotiable on price but as an indication we would be around £2k (two thousand pounds) a day. We can supply pricing on a case-by-case basis. We also have special offers available for initial bookers to help build bookings, relationships, and momentum.
Sustainability
All our barns are made out of local wood and we harvest all rain water for our plants. We are going to have ground source heating and solar energy in the future.
Gildings Barn was built from the fallen trees because of the storms of 1987 and 1990. Based on original Sussex barns including the Repair Shop barn featured on TV and has some similar features. It has won many awards for its authenticity and original fixtures and fittings, and its workmanship is held in high regard. We source all food from local producers who recycle as much as possible. The three barns and three fields are kept as natural as possible in keeping with the family-owned site who are agricultural farmers going back generations.
Accessibility
The courtyard and main entrance are flat, have no steps and therefore accessible for disabled users. Access to the side and main Gildings Barn are also accessible and there is a natural flow between the barns that will come as a welcome change from venues with lots of steps or are difficult to access.
